2. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website https://cadiinternationalbusiness.com (hereinafter, “the Site”).
Accessing the Site confers user status and implies full acceptance of these Terms. Users who do not agree with them must refrain from using the Site.
3. Informational nature of the content
The Site is informational and commercial-contact in nature. Through it, CADI shares information about its international trade mission services, import advisory, training and related activities.
The content published on the Site —including service descriptions, fair calendars, destinations, dates and itineraries— does not constitute a binding contractual offer nor a firm commercial offer. It is reference information subject to confirmation.
The actual contracting of any CADI service is formalized through a separate document (contract, accepted commercial proposal, registration form or proof of payment), which sets out the applicable specific conditions: scope, prices, payment terms, cancellation policies and the responsibilities of each party. Those particular conditions shall prevail over the content of the Site.
4. Information on trade fairs, events and third parties
The international trade fairs, events, exhibitions and activities mentioned on the Site are organized by entities unrelated to CADI. Dates, venues, programming, access requirements and participation conditions are set by their respective organizers and may be modified or cancelled without prior notice.
CADI acts as the organizer of the trade mission and facilitator of access, but does not control or guarantee that such third-party events will take place.
Likewise, air transport, accommodation, ground transportation, customs brokerage and other services provided by external suppliers are governed by the terms of each provider.
5. Accuracy and updating of information
CADI endeavours to keep the published information correct and up to date. However, it does not guarantee the absence of typographical errors, omissions or outdated content, and reserves the right to modify, correct or remove any content on the Site at any time and without prior notice.
In the event of any discrepancy, the information confirmed in writing by CADI through its official channels shall prevail.
6. Permitted use of the Site
Users undertake to use the Site in accordance with the law, good faith and these Terms, and undertake to refrain from:
- Using the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in ways that harm the rights of third parties.
- Introducing or spreading viruses, malicious code or any element that may damage CADI’s systems or those of third parties.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, accounts or infrastructure of the Site.
- Using automated systems for mass data extraction (scraping, robots, spiders) without CADI’s express authorization.
- Impersonating third parties or providing false data in the Site’s forms.
7. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site —texts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, distinctive signs, design, structure and source code— are owned by CADI or by third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by Peruvian copyright and industrial property legislation.
Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any form of exploitation without CADI’s prior written authorization is prohibited.
The CADI International Business and its distinctive signs may not be used without express consent.
Images of trade mission participants published on the Site have the consent of the persons concerned for institutional dissemination purposes.
8. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (fair organizers, social networks, suppliers). Such links are provided for reference only. CADI does not control or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of those sites.
9. Forms and personal data
The personal data provided by users through the contact or registration forms will be processed in accordance with Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, its regulations and CADI’s Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
By submitting their data, the user declares that the information provided is truthful and that they have the legal capacity to provide it.
10. Limitation of liability
CADI shall not be liable for:
- Interruptions, suspensions or failures in the availability of the Site arising from maintenance, technical causes or events beyond its control.
- Damages arising from improper use of the Site by the user.
- Commercial or investment decisions taken by the user solely on the basis of the reference information published on the Site.
- The content, availability or operation of linked third-party websites.
Nothing in this clause limits the rights that Peruvian consumer protection legislation grants to users in respect of the services actually contracted.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the judges and courts of the Judicial District of Lima, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
